INFORM
Once the order has been successfully placed on website www.theunitebox.com that it can’t be cancel in any situation so there is no point of refund of your amount. For some very rare case of exchange and return you have to contact via WhatsApp +91-7667681258 within 24-48 hours of delivery and in the name of refund you will get store credit only.
Although If you have received any damage or wrong product then you order will be eligible for exchange and return.
RETURN
Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

REFUND
The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy.
